1. Who we are

("AI Budget Clash", "we", "us" or "our"), a company incorporated in Singapore under UEN 202985162H, with its registered training centre at 2 Kallang Avenue, #03-08 CT Hub, Singapore 339407. "You" means the person accessing our website or enrolling in our courses. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AI Budget Clash.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, or registering for a course, you confirm that you accept these terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

3. Nature of our services — no guarantee of outcomes

AI Budget Clash provides vocational training in AI-assisted budget and finance management. Our courses teach practical methods for using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot and Claude to support budget management, cash flow clarity, expense tracking, reporting hygiene and reconciliation discipline. Certificates issued on completion reflect participation in training only.

We do not guarantee any savings, profit, cost reduction, salary increase, investment return or other specific financial outcome. The results you obtain depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort, your organisation, your data and your market. Nothing on this website or in our courses is a promise, projection or assurance of financial results. You remain solely responsible for the financial decisions you make.

4. Not professional advice

Our courses and website content are for general educational purposes only. They do not constitute investment, financial, tax, legal or accounting advice, and must not be relied upon as such. You should obtain advice from a suitably qualified and, where relevant, licensed professional before making decisions specific to your circumstances. 5. Use of AI tools and their limitations

Our training involves third-party AI tools that we do not own or control. These tools can produce inaccurate, incomplete or misleading output ("hallucinations"), and their availability and behaviour may change without notice. We teach verification and human review as an essential part of every method, but we do not warrant the accuracy of any AI output. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before relying on it, and for complying with the separate terms of any AI provider you use.

6. Enrolment, fees and payment

Course fees are quoted in Singapore dollars (SGD) and are indicative ranges that may vary by format, cohort size and scope. The applicable fee for a specific course or engagement will be confirmed to you before enrolment. Unless otherwise stated, fees are payable in advance to secure a place. We reserve the right to change our fees for future courses at any time.

7. Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Our cancellation and refund terms for a particular course will be provided at the time of enrolment. We may reschedule or cancel a course due to insufficient enrolment or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, in which case we will offer a transfer to another cohort or a refund of fees paid for the affected course.

8. Your responsibilities

You agree to use our website and services lawfully and respectfully. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use our content in a way that infringes the rights of others. During courses, you agree not to enter another person's personal data or confidential company data into AI tools without a proper legal basis, and to follow the verification practices we teach.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our course materials — including text, graphics, logos, the "AI Budget Clash" and "budget clash" branding, drill designs and rubrics — is owned by or licensed to AI Budget Clash and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may access and use course materials for your own learning, but you may not reproduce, distribute, resell or create derivative works from them without our prior written consent. The names of third-party AI tools are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

10. Third-party links and services

Our website may link to third-party websites and tools that we do not control. We provide these links for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties. Accessing third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Budget Clash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, savings, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with a course shall not exceed the fees you actually paid to us for that course. 12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Budget Clash and its officers, employees and facilitators from any claims, losses or expenses arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of our website or services, or your use of AI tools in a manner contrary to the practices we teach or applicable law.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

Our website and course materials are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that any outcome will be achieved from participating in our courses.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction
